The position offers a unique opportunity to work at the Hastings County Administration Building. As a Provincial Offences Clerk, you will manage clerical tasks, assist with court preparations, and provide support during court proceedings. Your duties will include handling fine payment processing and maintaining court records with exceptional attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to Provincial Offences office

• Process and balance daily fine revenue transactions

• Enter charges into the Provincial ICON system

• Monitor court proceedings and document all essential details

• Maintain order and decorum in courtroom settings

Requirements:

• Post-secondary diploma in relevant fields

• Minimum two years of court environment experience

• Knowledge of Provincial Offences Act and court procedures

• Proficient with Microsoft Office and case management software

• Strong customer service and communication skills
