Project Administration Assistant in Lynn Lake

Join Alamos Gold as a Project Administration Assistant at our Lynn Lake project in Manitoba. You'll be integral in supporting construction management and ensuring project milestones are met.

This role reports to the site Construction Management team and requires a detail-oriented assistant to aid project leaders across various tasks. You will assist with contractor hours tracking, database entry, and onboarding processes. Your contributions will help streamline logistics, maintain Excel spreadsheets, and ensure safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support project leaders in tracking overall project progress

• Assist with monitoring contractor hours for the Safety Department

• Manage database entry for safety event tracking

• Oversee camp and charter flight bookings for staff

• Compile and update Excel spreadsheets for contract monitoring

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of project work experience

• High organizational skills with attention to detail

• Experience in mining or heavy industrial construction is a plus

• Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office applications

• Strong communication and planning abilities
