This full-time role in sales focuses on evaluating vehicles and enhancing client relationship management. You will engage with service clients, ensuring they understand their vehicle's value and consider upgrades. Your contributions are vital to achieving dealership goals and promoting client retention through exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate vehicle appraisals for service clients

• Provide exceptional service and assess client needs

• Present upgrade options and client vehicle value

• Manage purchase paperwork for vehicles accurately

• Collaborate with sales team for client upgrades

Requirements:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Current VSA MDC License or willingness to obtain

• Strong computer proficiency in MS Office

• Valid British Columbia driver's license

• Proven customer service expertise
