Fountain Tire Whitehorse is seeking a dedicated Automotive Tire Technician. This position offers full-time shifts with opportunities for overtime. Candidates with automotive experience are preferred, but motivated individuals with a positive attitude will be trained. You will handle passenger and light truck tires, ensuring safety and quality service in all aspects of tire maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and balance passenger and light truck tires

• Reset and repair tire pressure monitoring systems (TPMS)

• Maintain tire service equipment regularly

• Complete specialty tire work like studding and retreading

• Assist in inventory management processes

Requirements:

• Automotive shop experience preferred but not essential

• Knowledge of tires and specialty services

• Strong customer-service focus

• Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory Driver’s Abstract

• Ability to lift 25 kilograms consistently
