Victory Ford Lincoln is seeking a skilled Commercial Licensed Technician for full-time work. This position requires a strong knowledge of automotive systems, effective communication with customers, and a commitment to quality repairs on the first visit. Successful candidates will handle diagnostics, maintenance, and vehicle repairs while maintaining engaging customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose vehicle issues efficiently and effectively

• Complete maintenance and repairs according to established procedures

• Maintain communication with Service Consultant and Parts Department

• Ensure quality control for all completed work

• Document causes and corrections accurately on repair orders

Requirements:

• 310S or 310T certification required

• Experience with Commercial Diesel preferred

• Strong knowledge of automotive systems

• Ability to communicate repairs to customers

• Willingness to stay updated on technical training
