• Execute consistent WOW (Wow Operating Way) plans

• Inspect repairs for quality deficiencies proactively

• Prepare surfaces using both hand and power tools

• Accurately mix paint for perfect color matches

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Minimum of 2 years in auto body paint refinishing
