The Parts Advisor position requires a keen eye for detail and strong communication skills. You will support customers, technicians, and the Service Department by locating parts, handling orders, and managing inventory effectively. Prior automotive experience is a plus, but we are open to training motivated individuals willing to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers and technicians with part-related needs

• Identify and source automotive parts accurately

• Provide quotes and process customer orders seamlessly

• Manage inventory and ensure organized parts storage

• Follow up on special orders and customer requests

Requirements:

• Excellent customer service skills and communication

• Organized and detail-oriented

• Reliable with a professional work ethic

• Experience with computers and inventory systems preferred

• Valid driver’s license needed
