Become a Parts Consultant at Smithers Toyota to assist with automotive parts and enhance customer satisfaction. Provide accurate product knowledge and efficient service in our Parts Department.

In this role as a Parts Consultant, you will help customers, technicians, and the Service Department by efficiently identifying and locating parts. Your responsibilities include managing orders, inventory, and delivering professional customer support. This dynamic position requires strong communication and a detail-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify parts and assist customers and technicians

• Process customer orders and provide accurate quotes

• Receive, stock, and issue automotive parts effectively

• Manage inventory and ensure organized storage solutions

• Coordinate with Service Advisors as necessary

Requirements:

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Customer service-oriented and reliable

• Comfortable in a fast-paced work environment

• Familiarity with computers and inventory management preferred

• Valid driver’s license required
