Country Ford Wilkie is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Automotive Service Technician with Ford experience, training, or certification to join our team.

You don’t need to already be a Ford Master Technician to apply. If you have a valid Ford STARS , Ford-specific training, Ford certifications, or previous Ford dealership experience, we want to hear from you. Ford Master Technician certification is a strong asset, but we’re open to experienced technicians who want to continue developing their Ford expertise.

• Diagnosing, repairing, and servicing Ford vehicles to manufacturer standards
• Performing advanced diagnostics, including electrical, drivability, engine, transmission, diesel, and mechanical concerns
• Completing warranty and customer-pay repairs accurately and efficiently
• Using Ford diagnostic tools, repair procedures, and service information
• Inspecting vehicles and recommending required maintenance or repairs
• Assisting Service Advisors with repair estimates and technical recommendations
• Prepping, disassembling, and reassembling vehicles as required
• Maintaining accurate repair documentation and inspection notes
• Supporting apprentices or junior technicians when needed
• Delivering quality workmanship and helping create a great customer experience

• Ford dealership technician experience, including Ford training or certifications. Master Technician certification is considered a strong asset.
• Journeyperson Automotive Service Technician certification preferred
• Strong Ford product knowledge and diagnostic experience
• Experience with Ford warranty repairs and manufacturer processes
• Strong electrical, drivability, and mechanical diagnostic skills
• Ability to provide your own tools

• Valid Class 5 Saskatchewan Driver’s Licence required upon employment

• Competitive wage: $38- $50/ hour with a bonus structure for hitting monthly goals.
• Relocation Package:
