Join the economic development efforts of the Cheslatta Carrier Nation. As an Economic Development Officer, you will research, analyze, and support community-focused projects in a full-time capacity.

In this strategic role, you will work with the Senior Policy Advisor to promote economic initiatives across various sectors, including energy and tourism. Responsibilities include maintaining stakeholder relations, overseeing business entities, and ensuring project success through strong analytical skills and effective implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct research to identify economic opportunities

• Prepare reports and business assessments for decision-makers

• Monitor funding options and industry trends

• Support CCN's business operations and project milestones

• Engage with partners for strategic economic relationships

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education and relevant experience

• 3–5 years in economic development or project management

• Strong writing and analytical capabilities

• Knowledge of First Nations economic strategies

• Commitment to community development and engagement
