In the role of Planner, Projects, you will support project teams with scheduling tasks, ensuring all aspects of execution are meticulously planned and monitored. Engage with contractors and consultants to gather data, contribute to forecasts, and maintain project schedules. This role is pivotal for effective project controls and accurate reporting throughout the lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate weekly schedule change reports for project areas

• Assess progress against planned timelines and variance

• Develop monthly updates for project performance

• Coordinate stakeholder scheduling information effectively

• Maintain comprehensive project schedules using Primavera P6

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in a relevant field or equivalent experience

• Prior background in mining or large-scale construction preferred

• Proficiency in project management tools, especially Primavera P6

• Strong analytical and organizational capabilities

• Willingness to undertake site travel and rotations
