Yourfuture contribution
As the Director Pricing, Revenue & Distribution Management
, you'll own the commercial engine powering over 70,000 European holiday properties within the Interhome portfolio. Your scope spans the entire financial lifecycle from supply costs to end-guest pricing, defining our overarching strategic vision, scaling high-performing teams, and driving real-world market performance beyond theoretical modeling.
Far beyond traditional pricing execution, you are a yield strategist who understands the delicate balance between occupancy, nightly rates, and the granular costs of various distribution channels. You'll build on the team's existing pricing capability and scale it into a highly automated, data-driven revenue management system, powered by the technology across the Home To Go Group.
How you’ll add value- Architect the Future of Pricing:
Define and implement the global pricing strategy for 70,000+ units, considering seasonality, local market trends, and competitor behavior. - Build and Lead the Team:
Take on the existing seven-person distribution team and build a yield team of two to three hires from scratch. You'll set direction for both, not just review their work. - Channel Economics & Distribution Strategy:
Manage our OTA mix (, Airbnb, Expedia and others) and our direct channels, and make sure our contracts are aligned with the Home To Go Group marketplace rather than competing against it. - Yield & Performance Analysis:
Deliver financially meaningful insights from our data to identify pricing elasticities. You will build the models that decide when to push for volume and when to protect margins. - Hands-on Implementation:
You don't just build slide decks; you build the tools and work with the teams that are building the capabilities to execute price changes across our Channel Management Platform. - Cross-Functional Leadership:
Act as the bridge between our Tech/Data teams, teams locally on the ground and our financial steering. You ensure everyone understands and participates in creating the best overall outcome for the company. - Automation & Scalability:
Move us toward a "Human-in-the-loop" automation model, where 80% of the inventory is dynamically priced by your algorithms, allowing you to focus on high-value "power-clusters."
- Experience at Scale:
You have significant experience in Revenue Management, Yield Management, or Pricing Strategy, preferably in high-volume industries like E-Commerce, Marketplaces or even travel companies and ideally in an innovative and fast-moving environment with high data volatility. - The "Hands-on" Toolkit:
You are a data native. You are proficient in the toolkit of a product manager and can do analysis yourself from BI tools all the way to Excel/Google Spreadsheets, and used to testing and iterating hypotheses to improve results. - Commercial Gravitas:
You understand the P&L. You don't just look at "revenue"; you are obsessed with Contribution Margin and the "Net" after all commissions and fees and that inspires and drives your performance. - Strategic & Analytical Thinking:
You can zoom out to define a strategy and zoom in to fix a pricing anomaly on a specific Greek island within the same hour, and are comfortable operating at every level the business requires.
