Support Ontario communities through OCWA’s regional water services by leading teams, planning resources, and improving operational systems. Travel throughout Ontario is required.
This Regional Hub Business Manager position combines operational leadership with business administration for the Ontario Clean Water Agency. You will manage teams, resources, budgets, contracts, and business processes while supporting program and project delivery. The work requires stakeholder coordination, regulatory awareness, and independent judgment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage administrative and business-support teams
Identify financial, material, and human resource needs
Coordinate program, service, and project delivery
Develop multi-year business and operational planning
Maintain stakeholder relationships and compliance commitments
Requirements:
Valid Ontario Class G Driver’s Licence
Ability to travel across the assigned region and Ontario
Availability for occasional overnight travel
Knowledge of change management and continuous improvement
Ability to interpret legislation, policies, and directives
