As a full-time Site Supervisor at Mascon Restorations, you will oversee project execution while collaborating with architects and project managers.

Your role will emphasize detailed planning, coordinating sub-trades, and enforcing safety measures. Experience in commercial construction is essential for delivering on-site success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and supervise site personnel and contractors

• Assist in determining construction methods and schedules

• Ensure high-quality standards in project execution

• Report on progress and address concerns with project management

• Maintain a clean and organized jobsite

Requirements:

• 3+ years of site supervision in commercial construction

• Valid Driver’s License and vehicle access for travel

• Strong time management and communication skills

• Familiarity with building codes and safety laws

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
