The Casman Group of Companies, one of the largest general contractors in Western Canada, is seeking a seasoned Site Superintendent who thrives on leading teams, delivering results, and building strong client relationships.
As a Project Manager at Casman, you will oversee safety, schedule, scope, and budget, acting as a key driver of project success. You will collaborate with internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and to the highest standards.
Experience & Skills
Minimum 5 years of experience in a Site Superintendent role within the construction industry2–4 years of post-secondary education in Construction Engineering, Architectural Technology, Civil Engineering, or a Journeyman Carpentry CertificateProven experience managing projects under various contract types, including Lump Sum and Construction ManagementExperience with commercial, institutional, and multi-residential projectsStrong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and industry best practicesExcellent communication skills (both written and verbal)Proven leadership ability and experience working in a team environmentHigh level of proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and ExcelWillingness and ability to travel to various Western Canadian offices and remote sites as requiredMust reside in Victoria or be willing to fully relocateWhy Build Your Career With CASMAN

This position is based in Victoria and requires occasional travel to regional offices and remote project sites. Flexibility may be required to support project timelines and operational needs.
