Take on a pivotal role as Bull Crew Coordinator at ACCIONA, overseeing construction site organization and safety. This position blends hands-on site maintenance with coordination alongside subcontractors to ensure project success.

As a Bull Crew Coordinator, you will be vital in supervising site setups, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring safety across multiple locations. You will coordinate subcontractor activities and respond to emergencies while operating basic construction equipment. Your effective communication skills will keep your team and supervisors aligned throughout the project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the organization and cleanliness of construction sites

• Move between sites to provide consistent operational support

• Coordinate subcontractors to ensure timely and safe work

• Operate construction tools while adhering to safety protocols

• Maintain communication to ensure project workflow

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred

• 3-5 years of experience in construction management

• Knowledge of material handling and site preparation

• Valid Ontario Driving license G or G2 required

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
