Lead ICI construction projects as a Site Superintendent in the Greater Toronto Area. Ensure project safety, timelines, and quality are consistently met throughout the build.

Our leading construction company is hiring a Site Superintendent with over 5 years of ICI experience to oversee project operations.

Your role will center on managing daily site activities, subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with Ontario safety regulations. A proactive approach to problem-solving and exceptional communication skills are paramount.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct daily site construction activities and operations

• Coordinate subcontractors and manage labor efficiently

• Develop and manage detailed project schedules

• Ensure quality control adheres to specifications

• Keep track of project documentation and communication

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in ICI construction

• Strong knowledge of construction logistics and sequencing

• Proven leadership and problem-solving skills

• Preferred degree in Construction Management or a related field

• Gold Seal Certification considered valuable
