On-Site Construction Site Supervisor

Location: Bedford Northwest

Lead and manage construction activities as an On-Site Construction Site Supervisor. Drive project success with strong coordination and safety compliance in a dynamic work environment.

This role requires supervising workers for commercial and residential projects, ensuring that work is completed on-site. You will coordinate activities, estimate costs, and enforce health and safety regulations, while also reading blueprints and ordering necessary materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise multiple construction workers and projects

• Co-ordinate daily activities and scheduling

• Recruit staff and conduct related hiring actions

• Estimate project costs and necessary materials

• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

• 3 to 5 years of construction supervisory experience

• Knowledge of reading blueprints and drawings

• Strong organizational and reliability skills

• Ability to work under pressure in a noisy environment
