Fort McKay Project Operations Lead

Location: Northeastern Alberta (Fort Chipewyan)

Elevate project execution with Fort McKay Group of Companies LP as a Project Team Lead. Oversee heavy equipment operations and enforce safety protocols on site.

This role, based temporarily on the MLX-Syncrude Site north of Fort McMurray, involves a demanding 14-on, 7-off shift schedule. You will play a critical role in directing operations, ensuring compliance with safety and productivity goals, and fostering strong team dynamics among crew members. Your leadership will help shape a safe and efficient working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct and schedule onsite crew activities

• Ensure safety and compliance with operational standards

• Manage relationships with clients and respond to needs

• Support General Foreman in project planning efforts

• Address incidents and enhance safety culture

Requirements:

• Completion of High School Diploma or GED

• Valid Class 5 License and clean driving record

• 3-5 years relevant supervisory experience

• Solid MS Office skills; familiarity with project tools

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
