As the Site Superintendent, you will play a key role in the effective execution of major infrastructure projects. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee compliance with contract specifications and best practices

• Enforce safety and quality control protocols on-site

• Develop and manage construction schedules with Project Managers

• Analyze specifications to resolve design conflicts

• Maintain satisfactory relationships with owners and unions

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management is an asset

• Proven experience with ICI-related works

• Excellent listening and negotiation skills

• Strong time management and multi-tasking abilities

• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
