What you will do on a daily basis:

• Be the company ambassador to clients

• Plan, organize, and advance work with our experienced foremen

• Effectively manage risks and unforeseen events on-site

• Define clear timelines and ensure they are respected

• Negotiate contracts with subcontractors and ensure a high level of quality

What we are looking for:

• A natural leader, structured, and results-oriented

• A strong ability to mobilize teams and manage priorities

• Experience in managing construction projects (cladding is an asset)

• A proactive, solution-oriented, and customer satisfaction-focused approach

• Proficiency with project tracking tools
