Production & Construction Supervisor Role

Location: Timiskaming North (Iroquois Falls A)

In this essential role, the Supervisor will report to the Superintendent of Mucking & Construction, driving production and construction goals within a North American Precious Metals Company. Responsibilities include promoting health, safety, and environmental objectives while directing and coaching employees for peak performance. Your efforts will directly impact the company’s operational efficiency and financial success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote health, safety, and environmental compliance effectively

• Supervise production and construction activities to meet targets

• Coach employees and identify training needs for improvement

• Review reports to optimize planning and activities

• Recommend changes to enhance productivity and equipment performance

Requirements:

• Grade 12 Diploma or equivalent is an asset

• Supervisory Common Core certification required

• Full Underground Common Core certification required

• 5+ years of mining experience required

• Prior supervisory experience is a valuable asset
