We're hiring a motivated estimator with a strong civil background to join our team.

- Analyze drawings, specifications, and contract documents for accuracy.
- Research material, equipment, and subcontractor pricing, and build relationships to secure competitive rates.

- Proven accuracy with quantity take-offs and the ability to read civil drawings and specs.
- Strong understanding of civil construction methods — earthwork, grading, underground utilities, concrete, and site servicing.
- Knowledge of applicable codes and standards for civil and underground infrastructure.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with B2W (Bid2
Win) estimating an asset. - Strong communication, organization, and time management.
- Reliable transportation and ability to work in a rural location.
- Civil Engineering Technology diploma or related credential an asset.
