In this role, you’ll administer medium-complexity contracts, ensuring compliance and managing relationships with contractors and stakeholders. Your expertise will be vital in tracking project milestones and maintaining quality assurance throughout the construction process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and manage construction contracts effectively

• Coordinate day-to-day contractual challenges with contractors

• Monitor project schedules and maintain compliance documentation

• Negotiate contract-related adjustments and change orders

Requirements:

• Minimum college diploma in engineering or related field

• Four years of relevant experience in contract management

• Strong understanding of construction materials and best practices

• Ability to apply project management techniques effectively

• Certification as a Certified Engineering Technologist preferred
