Position: Hands-On Construction Supervisor for Carpentry

Manage carpentry operations efficiently as a Hands-On Construction Supervisor. Resolve issues, optimize productivity, and ensure adherence to safety standards across multiple projects and settings.

This role involves direct supervision of carpentry activities within construction and renovation sectors. You will oversee a small team and coordinate project timelines to ensure quality standards and schedules are maintained. Your expertise with tools like MS Office and CAD will facilitate effective communication and project tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise 3-4 carpenters and laborers on site

• Troubleshoot and provide technical guidance

• Schedule and coordinate work activities

• Organize training sessions for staff

• Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in construction engineering

• 3-5 years of supervisory experience in construction

• Carpentry Trade Certification essential

• WHMIS Certificate required

• Must have a valid driver’s license and vehicle
