Pitt Meadows is looking for a skilled Construction Safety Officer to enhance their health and safety protocols.

Your role will involve site visits, conducting investigations, and collaborating with multiple stakeholders to ensure compliance with safety regulations. A proactive approach and leadership skills will be vital in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee safety compliance and risk management

• Conduct incident investigations and assessments

• Lead safety meetings and discussions

• Develop and review hazard analysis documents

• Provide first aid support as needed

Requirements:

• Certified Construction Safety Officer (CSO)

• 3+ years experience in high-rise construction

• Knowledge of Work Safe BC regulations

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Positive attitude and dependable work ethic
