Pioneer Construction is hiring General Labourers to assist with winter maintenance tasks in Dubreuilville, Ontario. This role focuses on snow and ice management from September 2026 to April 2027.
As a General Labourer, your main tasks will involve operating snow removal equipment and applying de-icing materials crucial for keeping our infrastructure safe during winter. This exciting opportunity offers not just immediate work but also potential for ongoing employment based on performance and operational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate and maintain snow removal tools and equipment
• Spread de-icing materials on high-traffic areas
• Assist other labourers and equipment operators
• Respond to changing weather by clearing snow and ice
• Keep work environments clean and organized
Requirements:
• Must hold a valid G class Driver’s License
• Commitment to safety and teamwork is essential
• Experience in snow removal is a plus
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and outdoor work
• Strong communication skills for team collaboration
