Become a Night Shift Safety Coordinator at Nex Gen’s Rook I site, facilitating health and safety for contractors and workers. This role is crucial in ensuring compliance and safe practices during overnight operations.

Reporting to the Site Manager, you will develop safety programs while enhancing communication and engagement among site personnel. Your expertise in health and safety regulations will support risk assessments and incident management, promoting a strong safety culture across all shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support continuous improvement of safety processes

• Offer expert guidance on health and safety implementation

• Facilitate communication of safety-related hazards

• Deliver training sessions for all site employees

• Conduct audits and contribute to incident investigations

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in relevant safety management

• Five years minimum in mining or heavy industry

• In-depth knowledge of Saskatchewan OHS regulations

• Experience with incident investigations and emergency plans

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
