• Must be able to travel to and from the job site.
• Regular, consistent attendance and regular overtime at all assigned job sites.
• Valid Driver s License.
• Ability to communicate and take direction.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs repetitively.
• Ability to work cooperatively with others in an outdoor environment.
• Physical strength and endurance to perform all principal duties and responsibilities.
• Ability to recognize, communicate, and eliminate hazards.

• Must have experience working in/around heavy equipment outdoors.
• Preferred experience in civil construction, landscaping and road work.
• Knowledge of how to read drawings.
• Must have experience with hand tools, jumping jacks, and diesel plates.

• Works as a team with all types of hand tools.
• Inspects and maintains the equipment if/when operated.
• Performs other tasks as needed.
• Complies with the Company Safety Program.
• Organization of job awareness and methods.
• Communication of any discrepancy.
• Ability to plan ahead.
• Cognitively aware of job tasks and planning.

• Monday to Friday.
• Overtime.
• Ability to work 10-14hours a day.

Mostly working in Hagersville some travel to Waterloo Region.
