Labourer, Construction, Construction Labor & Trades

Location: Southeastern Saskatchewan (Carlyle)

Candidates must be local to SE Saskatchewan (Carlyle, Estevan, and Weyburn)

CORE

ACCOUNTABILITIES

Fuel equipment when needed

Clean construction work areas

Work with equipment operators and civil crew to complete grade and excavation work

Assist pipe fitters and welders with their work

Assist heavy equipment operators to secure attachments to equipment, signal operators to guide them in safely moving equipment and provide assistance in other activities

Participate in pre-job toolbox meetings to identify potential hazards and measures to eliminate or minimize them

Correct unsafe acts and bring unsafe conditions to the immediate supervisor

Return tools (clean) back to the proper area after the job is complete or at the end of the shift

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Education

Must have valid H2S Alive and Standard First Aid tickets

Skills, knowledge, & Abilities

Must be able to pass pre-employment drug and alcohol testing

Ability to work outside in extreme weather
