Site Manager for Insulation Projects

Location: Northeastern Manitoulin and the Islands

Join our team as a Site Manager focusing on insulation works in Sudbury. This role entails overseeing daily operations while guaranteeing high-quality standards and a seamless experience for residents.

In this six-month freelance position, you'll be responsible for effectively managing site activities and installation teams. Your proactive approach and strong communication skills will help you navigate challenges while maintaining excellence in Health & Safety compliance. IT proficiency for reporting and job management is also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily delivery of insulation projects

• Coordinate and supervise all site activities

• Ensure safety and quality standards are maintained

• Conduct site inspections and manage documentation

• Liaise with residents and the project team

Requirements:

• SMSTS and CSCS qualifications required

• First Aid and Asbestos Awareness certifications

• Experience in site or supervisory roles

• Strong IT capabilities for job management

• Excellent organizational and people skills
