Location: Northeastern Manitoulin and the Islands

The Planner (Winter Student) role at TULLOCH calls for individuals excited to learn and assist in comprehensive planning efforts. Your work will involve critical analysis of land use, engaging in Property Due Diligence, and preparing varied applications under the Planning Act. Collaboration with municipal agencies and professionals will be part of your diverse responsibilities, enhancing both your skills and the project's success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage in planning project execution across Ontario

• Perform Property Due Diligence and analysis

• Draft applications for rezoning and amendments

• Participate in site visits to evaluate constraints

• Work with municipalities and other stakeholders

Requirements:

• Current enrollment in a Land Use Planning program

• Knowledge of AutoCAD is advantageous

• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication

• Valid Class G driver's licence needed
