• Site Leadership & Coordination:
  Oversee daily onsite operations, coordinate multiple teams and subcontractors, and ensure project activities stay on schedule.
• Safety & Compliance:
  Lead onsite safety initiatives, conduct training, and ensure compliance with site safety requirements and applicable regulations.
• Installation Management:
  Coordinate mechanical and electrical installation activities, materials, equipment, inventory, and overall site readiness.
• Commissioning & Testing:
  Support the transition from installation to commissioning, coordinate engineering teams, manage punch lists, and facilitate customer acceptance testing.
• Customer Communication:
  Serve as the primary onsite contact, manage customer expectations, conduct project meetings, and provide regular updates to project leadership.
• Budget & Resource Management:
  Manage onsite resources, equipment, materials, and site-related costs while identifying and mitigating risks.
• Project Closeout:
  Coordinate final documentation, customer sign-offs, equipment returns, and site demobilization.

• 3-5+ years of Project Management or Site Management experience in construction, industrial installation, or related environments.
• Experience with automated electro-mechanical equipment installation and commissioning.
• Strong leadership skills with demonstrated experience managing onsite teams, contractors, and multiple work streams.
• Proven experience with safety management, quality standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent communication, organization, problem-solving, and customer–facing skills.
• Experience with materials management, inventory control, and MRP/ERP systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, Business, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
