Position: Civil Construction Foreman - Project Work
Location: Omineca and Yellowhead (Smithers)

Lead and manage construction crews with Infracon Group of Companies in Prince Rupert, BC, as a Civil Construction Foreman. This full-time role emphasizes project leadership with a focus on safety and quality.

Infracon Group of Companies is looking for experienced Civil Construction Foremen for municipal water and sewer projects. This position requires a hands-on leader who can oversee daily field activities and guide crews towards successful project completion. Candidates should possess strong civil construction experience and the ability to adapt to varying site conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily field operations for construction and maintenance projects

• Supervise diverse teams including labourers and subcontractors

• Ensure safety compliance and promote a strong safety culture

• Coordinate resource use and monitor crew productivity

• Support effective communication and document project progress

Requirements:

• Proven experience in civil construction leadership

• Understanding of safety practices and hazard management

• Ability to read project specifications and drawings

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

• Valid Class 5 driver’s licence
