  • Verify contractor compliance with site safety requirements, permits, and procedures
  • Participate in hazard identification, job observations, and incident follow-up
  • Stop work when unsafe conditions are observed and ensure corrective actions are taken

Oversee contractor work fronts, shared resources, and interfaces to minimize conflict and rework
  • Provide on‑site direction regarding scope, sequencing, access, and work boundaries
  • Monitor construction progress, identify delays or conflicts, and support timely resolution
  • Enforce construction standards, specifications, and safe work procedures.
  • Maintain accurate field records, including progress updates, contractor interactions, and changes
  • Participate in pre‑commissioning, commissioning, and startup activities.
  • Review and validate contractor daily reports (LEMs) and approve work for invoices
  • Identify scope gaps or changes and communicate impacts to the Project Manager
  • Support contractor onboarding, site orientation, and communication of expectations
  • Support readiness for inspections, completion of turnover activities, and completion documentation
  • Contribute to post‑project reviews, lessons learned, and contractor performance feedback
What You'll Bring:

  • Practical experience in managing project scope, schedule, and budget is highly valued
  • Strong understanding of construction practices, reading and reviewing technical documents and drawings, safety protocols, and project execution strategies—whether gained through formal education or field experience
