Construction Tender Administrator

Location: Whitby Region (Gormley)

Track construction bids and coordinate tender submissions for Dagmar Construction, using Heavy Bid, supplier follow-up, and precise deadline management.
As an Estimation Administrator, you will support estimating teams on complex civil infrastructure projects for private and public owners. You will track opportunities through Bids & tenders and Ariba, prepare bid packages, and manage documents, pricing requests, technical questions, and addendums. Your work helps keep submissions complete, accurate, and compliant.

Key Responsibilities:

Track bid opportunities and provide key tender dates
Enter forms, drawings, and specifications into Heavy Bid
Request and follow up on subcontractor and supplier pricing
Coordinate technical questions and communicate tender addendums
Gather bonds, insurance, references, and supporting documents
Requirements:
Diploma in administration or civil construction
Minimum one year of construction tender experience
Communication and organization skills for tender deadlines
Strong relationship-building skills with suppliers and subcontractors
Attention to detail for accurate, compliant submissions
Support Dagmar Construction’s estimating process through Heavy Bid administration, pricing coordination, and accurate civil infrastructure tender submissions.
