Technical Sales Support Customer Representative

Location: North Peel Regional Municipality (Kleinburg)

In this role, your key responsibility will be to foster customer loyalty through exceptional service and proactive problem resolution. Engage with clients via calls and emails, helping to streamline their requests and support overall sales goals. Collaboration with team members is essential to maximize the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Professionally manage inbound and outbound customer inquiries

• Respond to service requests, ensuring prompt resolution

• Assist with communications and troubleshooting as needed

• Support Account Managers with technical insights

• Report on local competition and market conditions

Requirements:

• Minimum Grade 12 education with technical knowledge preferred

• 1-3 years of service or sales experience considered an asset

• Strong multitasking and conflict resolution skills

• Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
