John Crane, under the umbrella of Smiths Group, is seeking a Mechanical Seal Customer Support Advisor with customer service expertise in a manufacturing context. In this role, you'll interact with customers to provide product recommendations, generate orders, and manage any customer-related challenges. Your coordination with engineering and manufacturing teams will be vital in fulfilling customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with mechanical seal inquiries and repairs

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of relevant customer service experience

• Ability to read detailed drawings and specifications

• Familiarity with AS400 is a plus
