Enhance customer experiences as a Customer Service Coordinator focusing on EDI operations. Ensure orders are processed efficiently while addressing customer inquiries and support issues with expertise.
This position involves proactive customer engagement and effective order management. You will monitor EDI processing, maintain the Amazon catalog, and manage communications to provide unparalleled support. A background in EDI systems will be advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate EDI setup and error resolution
• Ensure timely processing of orders and inquiries
• Maintain accuracy in Amazon catalog availability
• Handle invoicing through SPS Commerce effectively
• Address customer warranty requests in a timely manner
Requirements:
• 3 years of customer service experience required
• Fluent in English; bilingual candidates preferred
• Knowledge of EDI systems and Amazon Vendor Central
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
Deliver superior customer service while managing orders and EDI procedures with agility and professionalism.
