Engage with stakeholders from frontline teams to executives, ensuring effective adoption and identifying opportunities for growth. Your strategic insights will guide renewal strategies and contribute to overall performance enhancement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage onboarding engagements tailored to client requirements

• Provide live training for all levels of users

• Establish strong relationships across customer organizations

• Monitor product usage and address adoption risks

• Drive upsell initiatives through relationship management

Requirements:

• 5+ years in Customer Success within SaaS

• Proven ability to manage high-value enterprise accounts

• Experience presenting to senior executives independently

• Familiarity with customer success processes

• Retail experience or understanding of coaching philosophy
