As a Customer Service Technician, you will be the primary point of contact for customers in your assigned area. Your responsibilities include handling inquiries, entering orders in the ERP system, and collaborating with the sales team to provide exceptional service. Actively participating in improving internal processes will be key to your success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and own your assigned customer territory
• Receive and redirect customer calls professionally
• Enter orders and quotes promptly in the system
• Respond to product-related customer inquiries
• Collaborate across departments to meet customer needs
Requirements:
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proven experience handling customer inquiries
• Knowledge of ERP systems is preferred
• Ability to work effectively with sales and internal teams
• Engagement with process improvement initiatives
