Position: Front Desk Motivator at GoodLife Fitness

Become a key member of Good Life Fitness as a Front Desk Motivator. Enhance member experiences through excellent service and support, all while fostering a friendly environment.

In this essential role, you will greet both members and potential members as they enter, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Your duties include efficiently handling phone inquiries, assisting with fitness questions, and providing Fit-Fix Starter sessions. Your knowledge of memberships and club services will be crucial as you address member needs, ensuring satisfaction at every interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet arriving members and check them in promptly

• Assist with inquiries about machines and fitness services

• Handle incoming calls within three rings with professionalism

• Conduct Fit-Fix Starter sessions for new members

• Maintain cleanliness standards and complete club runs

Requirements:

• CPR-A & AED Certification is required

• Must obtain Smart Tan certification within 3 months

• Strong interpersonal skills with customer focus

• Previous customer service or sales experience preferred

• Knowledge of the fitness industry and computer proficiency
