Customer Service Motivator

Position: Customer Service Motivator at GoodLife Fitness
Location: Central Foothills (Sundre)

Elevate member experiences as a Customer Service Motivator at Good Life Fitness. This role focuses on creating a welcoming environment while assisting both Members and Potential Members at the front desk.

As a Motivator, you will serve as the first point of contact for all visitors at Good Life Fitness Clubs. You’ll check in Members, answer inquiries about services, and manage call communications. Your ability to build relationships and provide exceptional customer service will be crucial in ensuring an engaging fitness journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet Members and check them into the Club promptly

• Assist with incoming calls and handle inquiries

• Provide Fit-Fix Starter sessions for new Members

• Maintain cleanliness standards during Club runs

• Address comments and concerns professionally

Requirements:

• CPR-A & AED Certification required

• Smart Tan certification within 3 months

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Previous customer service experience an asset

• Knowledge of fitness industry trends
