Customer Service Representative - Call Centre

Location: Essex (Belle River)

Customer Service Representative  The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing excellent service to our membership.
Position Type:  Vacant Position
Salary Range:  $41,000 - $50,000
Responsibilities   Respond to external member inquiries in a timely, professional manner.
Provide quality service to WFCU Credit Union members.
Process basic over-the-counter financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, bill payments, US transactions, money orders and more.
Complete miscellaneous administrative duties.
Qualifications   Completed post-secondary education.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills while working in a fast-paced environment.
Two to four years of cash handling experience.
Additional Assets   Prior experience within the financial services industry.
