Offering between 18 and 26 hours weekly, this role is ideal for individuals experienced in customer service and office admin. Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers visiting the showroom and determine their needs

• Manage a multi-line telephone for responding to inquiries

• Address electronic mail promptly and courteously

• Execute administrative tasks like data input and word processing

• Process customer payments with precision

Requirements:

• 1 to 2 years of direct customer service experience

• Secondary School diploma or equivalent experience

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail

• Ability to adapt and meet deadlines in a busy environment

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
