Join our dynamic team as a Client Relations Expert, managing onboarding and ongoing support for clients in Canada. This role emphasizes high-touch, responsive communication.
In this full-time contractor role, you will be vital in maintaining client relationships and ensuring seamless onboarding processes. Reporting to the Vice President, you'll handle client inquiries, support transactions, and coordinate with various teams for optimal client experience. Your proactive follow-up and client engagement will foster trust and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the main point of contact for clients
• Oversee onboarding and KYC documentation
• Ensure timely follow-through on transaction requests
• Manage client support communications effectively
• Collaborate with internal teams for smooth operations
Requirements:
• 2–4 years in client-facing roles in financial services
• Strong communication across multiple platforms
• Highly organized with a solutions-focused mindset
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Proficiency in CRM and communication tools
