As a Customer Service Associate, you will process various customer transactions using our computerized system, primarily D365. This role demands strong mathematical and communication skills to ensure satisfaction in every interaction. You must also maintain an orderly checkout area and assist with front desk responsibilities when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process transactions, sales, and refunds efficiently

• Operate cash registers and payment terminals

• Provide outstanding customer service and assistance

• Keep checkout area clean and organized

• Answer front desk phones and direct calls

Requirements:

• Strong math skills and basic computer knowledge

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting

• Customer satisfaction-oriented with strong communication skills

• Experience as a Retail Cashier is beneficial

• Ability to meet moderate physical demands, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
