In this role, you will take full ownership of customer accounts, from onboarding to engagement strategies and renewals. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the complete customer lifecycle from onboarding to renewals
• Develop custom engagement strategies with customer stakeholders
• Analyze engagement metrics for value communication
• Conduct program demos and provide technical insights
• Document and share effective AI-native workflows
Requirements:
• 5+ years in Customer Success or Client Services
• Experience with e-commerce and large customer accounts
• Creative problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational abilities in a fast-paced startup
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
