Key Responsibilities:

• Address and resolve customer complaints and issues

• Arrange for service billing and manage refunds

• Screen inquiries to ensure quality responses

• Work both evenings and weekends as needed

Requirements:

• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role

• Fluency in French required

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Flexibility to work varying hours
