Description:

Customer Service Representative is responsible for selling new auto insurance policies, renewing policies, servicing existing policies, and marketing for potential new business.
Requirements:
Computer literate (basic to intermediate skills).
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is helpful.
Excellent communication skills, assertiveness, and ability to provide a first-rate customer experience.
Must pass state licensing requirements.
Flexible schedule.
Reliable transportation.
Education/Training/

Experience:

High School Diploma.
Previous customer service experience is helpful.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide professional, courteous service to internal and external customers.
Answer questions regarding customer policies.
Accept payments and process transactions.
Identify potential customer needs regarding their policies.
Follow up on quotes, renewals, and cancellations.
Participate in marketing initiatives for new business development as needed.
Maintain a neat and clean work area and office.
Conduct FNOL vehicle inspections and take vehicle pictures (squatting, bending, flexing required).
Handle bank deposits.
This is a full-time position.
Other duties as assigned.
